For 20% of actual tax reduction, Kirkwood & Darby, Inc. will:
Retain legal counsel on behalf of Client and others similarly situated for the purpose of appealing to district court in Collin County, TX, the illegal back assessment of City of Princeton property taxes which occurred in 2025 for the years Client owned their property from 2022-2025.
Provide litigation support to Counsel in the form of fact and expert witness services.
Promptly report to Client the results of our legal efforts.
