When the desired valuation cannot be achieved through the informal process, Kirkwood and Darby will file necessary appeals and meet with the appropriate appeals board arguing on behalf of the client. When assessments are appealed to the courts, we will provide support and assistance to legal counsel.

Kirkwood and Darby will provide tax management reports for planning and accruals as requested. We will also provide a year-end tax management report on all properties.
